Ok time for an update. I'm a Realtor in S.W.Florida. I've been working at Medway Realty for over a year now.If you need a realtor or know someone who does? Give me a shout, you can contact me at sharyn at move to sarasota.com. I'm eager to help you in all aspects of real estate. We moved to here in 2000. We lived in Coram LI for 25 years where we raised our 5 children. Now my children are grown. Siobhan lives in LA, works for OYA and heads the R and D dept. She's a licensed stylist and makeup specialist. Danny Jr is a Jr IT Engineer just returned from Afghanistan after 18 month work contract. Kathy our eldest just graduated from her pathology residency in Ok. where she's currently working and waiting for her Florida license. Aimee is an oncology RN in Florida with her family. Erin is a stylist and a graphic artist and lives in Florida with her husband and baby. She is the apple of Nana and Poppy's eye..lol
When I get angry I usually voice my displeasure and then go shopping. I vowed a long time ago not to get mad but to get even. I got alot of lenox china that way.
I did a lot of crazy things in school but the one that comes to mind is when I let out a loud whistle in class and the teacher blamed it on Joe Stevens who promptly ratted me out but the teacher didn't believe him. Actually not too crazy but funny that the teacher didn't think a girl could whistle that loud.
I really can't think of any hero I've had. I wasn't a Rock N Roll Groupie but I did have a crush on Paul McCartney
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is my dad, because he never lived long enough to see our 4th daughter and finally my son, or my children's accomplishments. He would have been so proud.
I don't watch reality shows. We been watching WPC 53, The Midwife, NCIS and NCIS New Orleans. I like Dr Pol and The Turtleman. I've recently started viewing Ray Don...Expand for more

I'm surprised that our government is in such a mess withe the current administration. It makes me sad to see our county becoming so racist.
If I won $100 million, I'd give kids some of it to pay for student laons, then spend the rest on me and hubby. Retirement isn't what it's cracked up to be.
My current age is 67. When I was 12, I thought that people my age now would be dead. I was so completely wrong.
I've done several things in my life from accounting, hairdressing, telephone operator business rep, receptionist, medical recectionist and IRS correspondence auditor. I currently manage two family corporations as well as being a Realtor.
My first crush was Ed Burns, you know Kookie Kookie lend me your comb. Have no idea where he's now. I'm sure he dead, he must be over 72, LOL
My best friend would tell you I'm honest and sincere, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as stand offiish.
I still try to be stylish
I share my home with my husband Danny and grand dog Terri, which I find both to be bad boys.
I have several trophies for bowling now stored in the garage
In 10 years, I hope to be alive. I'm going to get there by loosing weight and staying healthy.
my oldest H.S.friendship would be with Milly. We met in freshman year in high school. Prior to that were the Hanley twins Jean and Joan. I'm friends with Jeannie on facebook
I think everyone would be surprised to see that my hair is completely platinum. A family trait I inherited from my dad and granddad
My first job was at AMC, where I got paid not enough to total stacks of invoices. What I remember most about it is I hated it!.
I have many childhood memories that I will never forget. I remember grandma's dog Rex, my dog Tippy, Christmases and blizzards I also remember those damn rag curlers in my hair!
I hope my old friends remember me as kind, sweet and funny.
